How do I receive my KSC code?
Complete your payment through ToyyibPay, then return to this store. Your code will appear in a pop-up after payment is confirmed. The same code is also sent to your checkout email address.
Where do I redeem my code?
Open the VIP Store in the KERIS PVP server. Paste the complete code into the redeem section and confirm. Each code can only be used once.
What if the email has not arrived?
Check your Spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email address. You can also use the code shown in the payment success pop-up. If you still need help, contact our team on Discord with your payment reference. Never share your redeem code publicly.
Can I use the same code more than once?
No. Every code is for a single redemption. Keep it private until you have redeemed it.
Which payment method should I select?
Choose DuitNow QR on the ToyyibPay payment page, then scan the QR code with a supported banking or e-wallet app. Review the final amount on that page before paying.
